Peter Kelleter

Peter Kelleter has more than 30 years of experience in the field of industrial relations in the corporate world. First as an HR manager and then as a negotiator in the trade union movement and most recently as a trainer and coach of both employee and employer parties, as an MfN registered mediator and entrepreneur.

He has built up a great deal of experience in assisting parties within the (semi) government, services and industry. Peter is deployed on issues in the field of employee participation, labour relations (restructuring, employment conditions, etc.), dispute resolution and strategic issues for works councils, entrepreneurs and trade union officials . He supports collective bargaining tables https://www.digic.nl/ and has been an MfN registered mediator since 2018, specialising in labour and cooperation conflicts.

Peter Kelleter studied Personnel Management at the Hogeschool West Brabant, Business Administration at the RUL in Maastricht, Professional Communication at Phoenix in Utrecht and Mediation at Kaleidoscope in Veghel.

Peter Kelleter is deployed as a mediator in conflicts in a business context. Together with all those involved, he will look for the best feasible solution. He does this with an eye for the interests of all those involved, authentically, practically and humanely. He also dares to be critical when it comes to process or content, making use of his broad knowledge and experience.
